Order Processing:

Order Confirmation:

1. Once you place an order through our online store, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order. Please review this confirmation to ensure accuracy.

2. Processing Time:
   Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed. However, processing times may vary based on order volume and peak hours.

Transaction Fulfillment Security: All online orders are processed safely and securely through Stripe Payment Form with HTTPS Level Security. Shipping and Handling: Currently we ship and process all orders through USPS Postal Service, using Priority Mail Shipping. All orders are processed and sent through USPS with Priority Tracking and, as soon as your order ships, we will send you the tracking number and shipping information. If you haven’t heard from us within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll sort it out for you. Delivery Options:

1. Delivery Areas:

   • We are currently only shipping to the US.

2. Delivery Time:

   • Estimated delivery times are between 5-7 business days. While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, actual delivery times may be affected by external factors such as distance and weather conditions.

3. Delivery Charges:

   • Delivery charges may apply based on your location and the total order amount. The applicable charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

2. Pickup Time:

   • Regular Winter business hours are Monday-Sunday from 4pm to 10pm. (Subject to change).

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

1. Modifications:

   • Once an order is confirmed, modifications may be limited. Please contact us at jason@goosegander.com as soon as possible for assistance.

2. Cancellations:

   • Transactions are immediately charged/debited when placing your order and in most cases, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. In the event the product has already been shipped, please contact us directly at the restaurant and we will do our best to help you.
3. Exchanges and Returns Policy: If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase or product please contact jason@goosegander.com to address the issue. If plausible, on a case-by-case basis, a full or partial refund may be given.
4. In the event a return is approved, items purchased online can only be returned through the mail.
